Secondhand Items: All secondhand apparel, accessories, and decor are sold “as is” and are final sale with no refunds or exchanges due to their unique, pre-owned nature. If an item is significantly not as described (e.g., undisclosed major damage), contact us within 3 days of delivery for possible store credit or exchange, subject to availability.

New Items: New apparel, accessories, and decor can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
